This weeks NCAA Championship game in San Antonio, TX with Kansas vs. Memphis absolutely rocked! Exciting game throughout, and the vibe everywhere this week was pumped, like we were all part of the winning team. Way to go 'Hawks!...

New Cat

We got a new cat and her name is "Tizzy". She is about 4 months old and we had her de-clawed and spayed. She is still a wild cat but slowly coming around to accepting people. Still afraid when new people come into the house. Li-Ping (our other cat) really likes having another cat in the house. They chase each other all over the house.

Knee

They found another tumor on my right knee. Had one removed back on Oct 17, 2007, and now had the new one removed on February 6, 2008. Both were biegn so no cancer. They removed some muscle and ligaments. Doing a lot of exercises to get my knee back in shape. It is harder to straighten it than it to bend it. Will be returning to work on March 3, 2008.

Yesterday (February 7) way my son Shawn's birthday. He's currently right in the middle of a photo project where he takes one photo perday and posts it on his Flickr page. I particularly liked this pic. and it's also fitting because Shawn is really into vintage Japanese films.

New Year

Finally got all the Christmas decoration down and put away in the attic. This was a all day project and not an easy job with my knee. I had a tumor on my right knee and had it removed back on Oct 17, 2007. It turned out to be beign so no Cancer. It keep swelling and giving out on me so continuing to have doctor visits. It could come back so I have to watch it very careful.

I am trying to update this bog more often. I didn't do very well on this last year.
